We hope you love what you ordered from Sanxiatrade. However, if you are not completely satisfied—whether the item is too big, too small, or simply not the style you expected—we're here to help.


We offer replacements, exchanges, or refunds for eligible returns.


Return Period


You may return items purchased from Sanxiatrade within 45 days of the delivery date.


How to Return an Item


1. Contact Us First

   Please email our customer service team at Sale@sanxiatrade.com.


2. Prepare Your Package

   Pack your return securely, preferably in the original packaging, and include your order information inside the package.


3. Ship the Item

   Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team after your request is approved.


4. Keep Tracking Information

   We recommend saving your tracking number for future reference until the return process is completed.


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method if approved. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges / Replacements


If you would like a different size, color, or style, please let us know when contacting us. We will do our best to arrange an exchange or replacement based on stock availability.


Return Shipping Costs


* If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a solution at no extra cost.

* If the return is for personal reasons (such as size preference or change of mind), return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.


Important Notes


* Items must be returned in unused or acceptable condition.

* Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

* We do not accept unauthorized returns sent without prior contact.
