Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment authorization and verification have been successfully completed. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

We offer a flat shipping rate of USD $5.00 per order. The shipping fee will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and at checkout before payment is completed.

You will also receive this information in your order confirmation email.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. In most cases, orders arrive within:

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Remote Areas / Special Locations: Delivery may take longer depending on local service availability.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, local carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Method

Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we will select the most efficient and reliable shipping carrier for your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available), allowing you to monitor your package status.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, products may be shipped separately depending on stock availability or warehouse location. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the package.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at Sale@sanxiatrade.com with your order number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email are complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
